This system is perfectly suited for weighing a diverse range of snack foods including candy, melon seeds, jelly, frozen items, pistachios, peanuts, nuts, almonds, and raisins. It also accommodates puffed foods, hardware, plastic compounds, and other granular, flaky, strip, round, and irregularly shaped materials.

Optional Equipment

Checkweigher: Ensures only qualified products proceed by rejecting those that don't meet standards. It also provides sorting and statistical data. If other weight detection equipment is already in use, this system may not be necessary. Horizontal Metal Detector: Detects any metal contaminants introduced during the production process. Ideal for use post-packaging. If another metal detector is already in place, this addition might be redundant.

Dropped Metal Detector: Designed to detect metal contaminants before packaging. This space-saving solution fits between the weigher and packaging machine. If other metal detectors are in use, this unit may be unnecessary.

Metal Detector Combined with Checkweigher:

This dual-purpose unit checks for metal contaminants and verifies product weight, combining two essential functions. It reduces costs and minimizes both commissioning and maintenance time. Rotary Collecting Table:

Efficiently gathers products from the production line, ideal for setups requiring manual processing or awaiting further packaging steps.
