Our Multiple Units Multihead Weigher Packaging System, designed by Guangdong Kenwei Intellectualized Machinery Co., Ltd., is ideal for accurately weighing a variety of snack foods. This includes candy, melon seeds, jelly, frozen goods, pistachios, peanuts, nuts, almonds, raisins, and more. It also accommodates puffed foods, hardware, plastic compounds, and other granular, flaky, strip, round, and irregularly shaped materials.

Optional Equipment

Check Weigher: Ensuring quality control, the check weigher rejects unqualified products, enabling efficient sorting and comprehensive statistics. Note: If your system already includes weight detection equipment, this machine is not necessary. Horizontal Metal Detector: This device identifies any metal contamination that may have occurred during the production process. It is most effective post-packaging. Note: If your setup already includes a metal detector, additional use of this machine is redundant.

Dropped Metal Detector: Optimized for space-saving, this detector identifies metal contaminants before packaging, fitting seamlessly between the weigher and packaging machine. Note: Do not use if a metal detector is already installed.

Metal Detector Combined with Check Weigher:

Combining metal detection with weight checking, this dual-purpose machine saves cost and reduces commissioning and maintenance time, providing a streamlined solution for both tasks. Rotary Collecting Table:
